What is GFFA?

The Good Food For All (GFFA) collaborative unites grassroots and policy advocacy organizations around a vision for a just, equitable and sustainable food system.

GFFA participants are invested in working together to transform the food system through collaborative planning, community engagement, and policy advocacy.

Members of GFFA participate in monthly phone calls and benefit from a connected network of both policy experts and grassroots activists through the following:

• Information Sharing (models of what’s working, policy updates from key experts, and technical assistance)

• Outreach Support (informing networks, allies, and members of work to advance equity through policy change)

• Advocacy Support (policy platform examples, a wider network for taking action/signing on)

• Connections (to the community level, to the federal level, to each other)

Webinar – Farm Bill 101

There’s much buzz about the 2018 Farm Bill, but what exactly is the Farm Bill?

Good Food For All invites you to a webinar about the basics of the Farm Bill, from its origins, to its impact on what we eat and which programs it funds. Hear from the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, as well as Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, and others, on the importance of this legislation in rural and urban communities, and what to watch for in the next few months.

Webinar – Engaging Policymakers: What Works!

The Farm Bill is a powerful piece of legislation, but its ability to serve our communities’ needs depends in part on our ability to communicate our experiences with its programs and policies.

Good Food For All invites you to a webinar about how to ensure that your community’s voice is shared, heard, and timely for discussions of the 2018 Farm Bill.
